PROGRAM PRICING
One-Time Initiation Fee
We charge a $1400 non-refundable, one-time initiation fee to get you going in the program. This fee is payable upfront or in 4 monthly installments and covers initial setup (e.g., resume and cover letter optimization, personal job search email, access to job search and outreach app, access to Alma.Me digital courses, etc.).
Success Fee
Once you secure a job, we charge a success fee that is 10% of your first-year salary. This success fee is performance based - we don't get paid unless you land a job - and, if the unexpected happens, we support the offer for 60 days, so if there are any issues, we'll help you land another one.
